Previous page How did we get our start? Hi, Richard here. I started playing drums at 9. I lost access to my kit when I went to college. I met my co-developer, Yann, there. We studied in a lab that had a motion capture studio. For fun we tried tracking my drumsticks. The air drumming worked beyond my dreams: I was able to drum just as well as on my old kit. What makes our product unique? Yann here. When we got it working with just a game console camera, we knew it could beat existing electric drums. That was in 2011. We’re the only ones to use a camera.
