If you want all racks different texts, then just write like that: " Rack1: Andra, Rack2: Shanna&Sean, Rack3: Steve&Camelia, Rack4: Benny, Sasha&Pissy ". ---> If you want your racks and tiles to be engraved -> Choose "Engrave Racks+Tiles" from options and same procedure for racks as defined up. Please add definers for racks and tiles in input form. Here are some samples to place your order the way you want. If you write "Racks: Laura Family , Tiles: forever with love" on input form, then all 4 racks will be engraved "Laura Family" and tiles will be engraved "forever with love". And just keep in mind if you want your tiles to be engraved with other font than racks; just add it in personalization section. I assume you want your racks Font1 but tiles Font3.
